What do I do if I cannot get to my website?
If your website is down, please contact us immediately to troubleshoot the issue.  We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee.  We monitor our server, routers, switches, internet connections, and all aspects of web hosts. 
What is SSL?
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
Do I need SSL?
If you are creating a web-based form where you want the visitor to enter data and submit the form to the web server for processing, you may want to use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption service. This is especially true if you are entering credit card numbers or other sensitive information.
Why are your web hosting fees more than cheap hosting providers?
Our web hosting fees reflect the quality of service that we offer.  Each of our servers are certified servers that are monitord 24x7 by onsite technicians.  Unlike our competitors, we only allow 20 to 50 websites per server.

What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a service that allows customers to host their web site on the Internet. A web host provides the technologies and services needed for web sites to be viewed on the Internet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and check.  If you choose to pay by check, development will not begin until your check clears.  If you elect to pay for hosting with check, you must have pay quarterly, which will be paid 1 month in advance.
How do I cancel my hosting account?
To cancel your web hosting account, you must submit a cancellation notice in writing via Email or letter.  A 30 day notice is required.
How and when do you bill clients?
We bill our customer the month prior to service is provided.  For example, service for the month of August, is billed on July 1 and due by July 31.
HTTP Error 500 - Internal server error
If you receive an HTTP 500 Error, there is an application error on your website.  Please open a support ticket immediately so we can get your site back online.
